Aloe vera provides hydration and comfort, especially for delicate areas like the under-eye. Mica and other mineral pigments give a natural, soft-focus finish that reflects light without looking heavy or shiny. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before shipment. Once dispatched, parcels typically arrive in 8–12 business days (up to 19 in some cases). Estimates are in business days and may be extended by weather, customs, or carrier constraints.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our facility. You can also view the live status from your account / order page. If you can’t find the email, check spam or contact us and we’ll help.

Keep the shipping box and all contents, then contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation. Please include your order number and clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the affected item (lot/batch code if visible). We’ll review and arrange the right solution—replacement or refund—according to our policy.

We want you to feel fully confident shopping with us. If your product isn’t quite right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. For “change of mind” returns, we provide a prepaid return label, and a flat $15 fee is deducted from your refund to cover shipping and handling. If the return is due to a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the full cost — no fees applied.

It’s simple. Just email us at hello@nacrebeauty.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll send you a prepaid label and instructions. Once your return is processed, you can choose either a full refund (minus applicable fees) or an exchange for the same product.

Refunds are issued once the returned product has been received and inspected at our warehouse. This process typically takes 5–10 business days from the time you ship it back. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund is processed.

We currently accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as PayPal and Shop Pay for faster checkout. Depending on your location, you may also see additional local options offered at checkout. Every payment is processed securely, and your details are never stored on our servers — only by trusted, encrypted providers.

Yes. You can complete your order as a guest checkout without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to easily track your orders, save your shipping details, and access your order history in one place. It’s optional, but it can make your next purchase even quicker.

If you have a discount or promotional code, simply enter it in the “Discount code” field during checkout. Make sure it’s typed exactly as received, without spaces or extra characters. Only one code can be used per order unless otherwise stated. If your code doesn’t apply, double-check the expiration date and eligibility (for example, some codes are limited to first-time orders or specific products).
