We want you to love your Nacre Beauty experience. If something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 30 days — we’ll review your case and find a fair, clear solution.

Our 30-Day Promise

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return request.
  • We’ll assess eligibility and recommend the most suitable resolution — this may include a refund, store credit, or replacement.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened items aren’t eligible for a physical return.

For EU/UK consumers: your statutory right of withdrawal (14 days) applies in addition to this policy.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our team at hello@nacre-beauty.com with your order number and a brief note.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and arrange the most suitable solution for your case. If a physical return is authorized, we’ll share simple instructions.
  3. Pack items securely only if a return is requested. Please include any applicators or items from sets/bundles.

Eligibility & Condition

  • Opened items: no physical return for hygiene reasons; a resolution may include store credit or replacement, subject to review.
  • Unopened items: may be eligible for a refund to the original payment method within 30 days, upon approval.
  • Bundles & sets: items purchased as a set should be handled together.
  • Non-returnable: final-sale items, gift cards, and free promotional gifts.

Return Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.
  • If a physical return is authorized, a small return-shipping deduction (typically $5.95 or local equivalent) may apply.
  • To reduce waste, for low-value items we may approve a resolution without a physical return at our discretion.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

Please report any issue within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation. After reviewing your claim, we’ll arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.

Refunds & Timing

  • Where approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method after we process your case.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once approved; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Duties & Taxes

Orders ship DDP (duties & taxes included). When a refund is approved, any duties/taxes paid at checkout are refunded with the product price where applicable — there are no additional fees upon delivery.

Need to cancel or modify your order? Please contact us at hello@nacre-beauty.com. We’ll assist if your parcel hasn’t shipped yet.

Authorization is required before sending any return. We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns in cases of suspected abuse, or where items show excessive wear or missing components. Returns must be initiated from the country of purchase. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded by law.
